Sunset Cowboy
This tut is my own creation, any resemblance to the work of others is unintentional.
The photograph I'm using is one my husband took of our woods. You can use any graphic you chose.
The mask is the wonderful creation of Zuzzanna - all her masks are delightful.
The fantastic cowboy tube was created by Kat   I thank her for generously sharing her talent with all of us.
The quote I used is by an unknown author and creator, if this is your work, let me know and I will be sure to give you credit, however, for the time being, thanks for sharing.
I used PSP v_9 but I'm sure it can be done using any version with minor adjustments.
You can get the tut supplies:

Okay! Let's begin.
Open the SeptSunset graphic. Rename this layer sunset.
If you don't wish to use this graphic I suggest you select a graphic that's approximately 650X500.
Go to Image, add borders, (make sure symmetric is NOT checked)
See below
Your objective is to add borders on all sides of your graphic for the image to be centered.

On your layer palette, promote background layer.
On your layer palette, add a new layer, rename this layer black layer and flood fill with black. Your layer palette should look like this...
Go to Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk. Find zuz_mask and select with the following settings...
Your layer palette will look like this...
While still on the mask layer (the higlighted layer)
Use your raster deform tool to move the mask toward the center, so that all edges of the mask can be seen.
See below....
When you are satified how the mask looks, delete your mask layer. Rename this layer mask.
With your mask layer highlighted...
Go to Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow
Add a drop shadow with the following settings
(be sure "shadow on new layer" is checked)

Rename this layer mask shadow.
Your layer palette should look like this....
On your mask shadow layer change the opacity to 70.
Go to Effects, Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius 3
For those of you NOT using my graphic you will have to adjust these settings accordingly.
Your layer palette should look like this...
This is what you should have so far (hopefully)...
Optional - Click on your sunset layer
Go to Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen
Click on the group black layer.
Copy and paste Kat's cowboy tube as a new layer, rename this layer cowboy
Resize 75% (be sure "resize all layer" is NOT checked)
Mirror the tube, position, with your move tool, where you would like it.
Copy and paste your 'words' tube as a new layer. Rename this layer words. Position where you want them.
Your layer palette should look like this...
When you are completely satisfied with the placement of all the tubes, go to layers, merge all, flatten
At this point you have several options...
You can add borders of different highlight colors.
You can add a frame.
I elected to add a beveled edge.
This is what I did...
Selections, select all, modify, contract by 10
See below...
Selections, invert
Go to Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel - use the following settings
You're done!
